The tax rate change program is no longer intended for use

Diagnosis
You are attempting to start a tax rate change program for down payment chains that was specifically developed for the increase of value-added tax in Germany from 16% to 19% as per 1 January 2007.
This program was not intended for use after this event. It may run incorrectly due to the following reasons:
- Every down payment chain can be converted once only with this program. A second tax rate change using this program would result in incorrect processing.
- As of EHP5, it is possible to create additional costs in a down payment chain contract with different tax codes. The tax rate change program does not support these functions.
- The tax rate change program does not support the logic used for the transfer of deferred tax.
