Posting not possible; chain & is not released

Diagnosis
The status of chain is not "released". To post you must firstly navigate to the contract data and change the chain status.
System Response
Procedure
- Select Contract Data. The screen Display Contract appears.
- Select tab page Chain Status and check the current chain status.
- To get to change mode, select Display -> Change.
- In the menu select Edit -> Status -> Release.
- Save your input.
