Configuration of local item &1 may not be changed

Diagnosis
An active implementation, which prevents a change to the configuration, exists for the Business Add-In (BAdI) ME_CIP_ALLOW_CHANGE.
This BAdI implementation defines which conditions must be met for the system to prevent any changes to the configuration. Possible conditions include:
- Goods receipt complete
- Goods receipt in blocked stock complete
- Down payment complete
- Goods issue for stock transport order complete
- Invoice receipt complete
- Delivery costs exist
- Subcontracting component booked out
- At least one follow-on document exists
System Response
You can only display the configuration. You cannot change it.
