Diagnosis
The system cannot replace the pool header automatically by a physical PRT because no PRT from the pool is available in the time period reserved for the operation.
System Response
Procedure
Either:
- Replace the pool header manually
- Select a different time period for the operation
- Select a different PRT pool
- Assign new PRTs to the PRT pool
