Fixed scrap first and last length values were deleted

Diagnosis
You tried to create or change a bill of material (BOM) or a routing. This is not possible because at least one of the fields Fixed Scrap First Length or Fixed Scrap Last Length contains a value. These fields must be blank for the length calculation method that you selected.
System Response
The system deletes the values from the above fields and changes their status to not ready for input.
Procedure
To use these fields again, you have to select a different length calculation method.
