Combined order &1 is not complete (original order &2 is missing)

Diagnosis
The system was unable to transfer combined order in full to SAP SCM. The original order is missing.
This problem can occur during initial data transfer.
System Response
The system transfers the existing orders to SAP SCM, but the missing original order does not refer to the combined order in SAP SCM.
Procedure
Trigger individual transfer of the combined order to SAP SCM. Use the program '/SAPMP/OC_CIF_REFRESH_ORDER'.
