Diagnosis
The selected contract is approved.But the report does not show the exact agreement status immediately.This is because after the contract has been approved it fires an output type JRMC which replicates the contract in the /sapht/drmconext table in the Active state.It takes time and it does not show the changed status immediately.
System Response
The status which the system shows in the ship and debit contract work list is different from the actual status.
Procedure
Refresh the ship and debit contract work list after some time to show the actual status of the contract that has been approved.
