Diagnosis
Either the corresponding staging record for the sell-through has not been processed, or it may not be existing in the staging area.
System Response
Procedure
If a corresponding record for the sell-through is present in the staging area, release it. If not, then either create the record manually or ask the distributor/ reseller to send in the sales report containing the sell-through information. Once the staging record is there, release it.
