Diagnosis
Distributor has reported internal partner as Current record id45000 which exists in the system. However, in the external to internal partner mapping (transaction /SAPHT/DRM_C10) no mapping exists for Distributor's partner and tracking partner .
Procedure
Update external to internal mapping with internal partner as Current record id45000 for external partner and tracking partner .
