There is no display authorization for at least one condition record

Diagnosis
When making a selection of condition records, a record has been removed from the buffer for condition maintenance because of missing display authorization. However, this does not mean that the record is displayed when the authorization is available, and if the selection is the same.
This behavior can be explained by the fact that all condition records for a specified semantic key are selected in the buffer for condition records, even if only records for a part of the semantic key are required in the selection.
