Client is not the same as client in condition maintenance session

Diagnosis
The client of the condition record is not the same as the client with which the condition maintenance session was initialized (default = SY-MANDT).
System Response
The condition record is rejected for maintenance and display. In a condition maintenance session, condition records must all have the same client, that is, this must be the current client (SY-MANDT).
Procedure
Change the call for condition maintenance.
Procedure for System Administration
If SAP programs call condition maintenance, inform the responsible support organization.
