Condition maintenance is not possible at the moment

Diagnosis
A request is being imported into the system. User has started a generation run via condition technique objects.
System Response
Simultaneous condition maintenance in the system could lead to a deadlock situation as a result of updating the DDIC time stamp for reports to be generated. These are alsways triggered so that the generation run, and not the condition maintenance session, is terminated. For this reason, the generation run has to reject condition maintenance for now.
Procedure
Try condition maintenance at a later time. If the error continues to exist, inform your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
The request, and specifically method execution must first run before condition maintenance can be called up again.
