Condition type &1 of condition record is not set in Customizing.

Diagnosis
The condition type of the condition record does not exist in Customizing. The condition type of a condition record was either deleted from Customizing after the record was entered or the condition record was transferred from another system (R/3 Master data exchange) without the corresponding Customizing data being transferred (R/3 Customizing Exchange).
System Response
Maintenance authorization for this record was denied. The record is displayed as read-only.
Procedure
In both cases set up the relevant condition type in the system using creation or exchange(download).
