Diagnosis
There is either a block from another user or a block across all systems as a result of the condition type and condition table (together with application and use). The latter typically occurs in condition records downloaded from the R/3 System.
System Response
The condition records requested for maintenance can only be shown in the the display.
Procedure
Wait in the first case until the block has been removed. If in the second case you really want to maintain records from R/3 in CRM, you must set up the maintenance in CRM (Define System for Maintenance).
