Diagnosis
For the fields TIME_FROM, TIMESTAMP_FROM and TIME_TO, TIMESTAMP_TO only termination times 000000 to 235959 are allowed in the time zone of condition master data.
System Response
The condition record is incorrectly updated.
Procedure
Call up the condition API so that the times correspond to the border values as regards the Time Zone configured in condition technique.
