Ext. scale elelment TTYP &1 could not be written into the DDIC

Diagnosis
The table type for external scale element could not be written into the DDIC.
The table type for the external scale element is a normal table type. It needs to fulfill minimum requirements in its consistency in order to be created in the DDIC. There is probably a program error.
System Response
The table type for external scale element could not be transferred to the DDIC. Activiation cannot be executed later as the table type does not exist in the DDIC.
