Diagnosis
Complete communication structure could not be written into the DDIC.
A complete communication structure is a normal structure. It needs to fulfill minimal requirements in it consistency in order to be created in the DDIC.
A complete communication structure is generated for each registered application. It contains all fields that are required for searching for condition records in this, and its subordinate applications.
There is probably an error in the field catalog definition or in the program.
System Response
Complete communication structure is not transferred to the DDIC. Activation is not possible later as the structure does not exist in the DDIC.
Procedure
Inform your system administrator.

If the error occurred after you entered a new field in the field catalog, check the field catalog for consistency. Otherwise inform your responsible support organization.
