Working set table type &1 could not be written into DDIC.

Diagnosis
Working set table type could not be written into the DDIC.
The working set table type is a normal table type. It needs to fulfill minimal requirements in its consistency in order to be created in the DDIC. There is probably an error in the program.
System Response
Working set table type is not transferred into the DDIC. It cannot be activated later as the table type does not exist in the DDIC.
