Diagnosis
Activation of an access view has failed.
An access view is a database view. It can only be activated if it is in a constistent status.
If there are other messages for the access view and/or condition table, for which this view has been created, there may be a note to help you deal with the problem.
The reason may be missing DDIC authorizations.
