Generation of an access view to a condition table has failed. This is a completely, comprehensive message. The reason for failed generation can be found further up in the log.

Look further up in the generation log to see the reason for failed generation and solve the problem. Help is given for specific messages. When all steps in the generation of the access view have been completed successfully, this message no longer appears.
