Diagnosis
A place holder was started with the character &, and incorrectly completed with %.
System Response
Generation is interrupted.
Procedure
A place holder may not include blanks. A place holder must also be completed with the percentage sign in the same template row after a maximum of 30 characters.
If you use the & sign in the code to be generated, mask this with & directly before it.
