Archive with key &1 cannot be opened

Diagnosis
The archive with the key could not be opened when an attempt was made to access certain condition records from it via links in the Archive Information System
System Response
The program will remove this archive from processing and continue with the processing of the remaining archives.
Procedure
Check whether the specified archive file has perhaps been reloaded. If this is the case, update the archiving index, which possibly still contains links to this archive.
