Diagnosis
Maintenance authorization is a minumum requirement for archiving condition records.
The condition records with condition type in table for application and for usage cannot be archived due to a lack maintenance authorization.
System Response
The system removes the condition records from archiving.
Procedure
If necessary, grant maintenance authorization .
