Diagnosis

You have changed the base quantity or unit of measure of an NF key.

System Response

All NF data is output with reference to this base quantity.

Coverage agreements (bulk agreements) with a fixed rate are not converted when this is done. For example, if a base quantity is changed from 100 KG to 1000 KG a coverage rate of 100 EUR per 100 KG is rendered as a new coverage rate of 100 EUR per 1000 KG.

Procedure

Adjust the fixed rates in the existing bulk agreements to the changed base quantity.
