Assignments could not be created for all demands

Diagnosis

The system was not able to create assignments for all the demands that you selected. The reason for this could be that you selected the Move Assignment to First Available Slot checkbox in the user setting but the time now line is beyond the planning board horizon.

Procedure

In the user settings, check whether the Move Assignment to First Available Slot checkbox is selected. To do so, in the menu bar, choose Extras --> Settings and the Response tab. The checkbox is located under Response when Dragging and Dropping Demands to Resources tab.

The earliest possible assignment start is the time now line. Read the F1 help of the checkbox for more information.
