Demands of this type cannot be changed from within the planning board

Diagnosis
You cannot change demands of this type in the SAP Multiresource Scheduling planning board.
System Response
The system does not change the demand.
Procedure
You cannot make changes to demands that are based on a CRM service order or a PM/CS notification in the SAP Multiresource Scheduling planning board.
To change the demand, proceed as follows:
- Select the demand in the order worklist.
- In the context menu, choose Change Document.
Depending upon the type of demand that you are trying to change, the system opens the CRM service order or the PM/CS notification in the CRM system or the ERP system.
- Make the required changes and save.
The system transfers the changed order or notification back to SAP Multiresource Scheduling.
- Refresh the planning board to display the changed demand.
