Cannot execute queue &1 due to a system error

Diagnosis
At least one queue cannot be executed due to a system error.
System Response
If the current update of the specified queue is dependent, it cannot be executed.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
Use the qRFC monitor (transaction SMQ1) to analyze the outbound queue. Use the name prefix of the queue to search the affected queues.
