Diagnosis
You are attempting to recalculate an assignment for a demand category for which the 1:1 relationship between the assignment and the demand is active.
System Response
The system does not allow you to recalculate the assignment split.
Procedure
Deactivate the 1:1 relationship for the current demand category in Customizing for Multi Resource Scheduling at Sources of Demand -> Activate 1:1 Relationship of Assignments and Demands for Demand Categories.
