Demand split is not allowed according to Customizing settings

Diagnosis

The backward integration of demand dates is currently not active. As a result, you cannot change the demand dates in the planning board. This includes splitting a demand.

System Response

The system does not split the demand.

Procedure

Contact your system administrator if you think that you should be able to edit demand dates in the planning board. In this case, the backward integration of demand dates must be set up in Customizing.

Procedure for System Administration

You can activate the backward integration of demand dates in Customizing for SAP Multiresource Scheduling under Sources of Demand --> PM/CS Orders --> Control Integration Between MRS and PM/CS (ERP).
