You cannot change the demand dates according to Customizing settings

Diagnosis
According to the current Customizing settings, the backward integration of demand dates is not allowed. As a result, you cannot change the demand dates in the planning board.
System Response
Procedure
Contact your system administrator if you need to be able to edit demand dates in the planning board. In this case, the backward integration of demand dates must be set up in Customizing.
Procedure for System Administration
You can activate the backward integration of demand dates in Customizing for SAP Multiresource Scheduling under Sources of Demand --> PM/CS Orders --> Control Integration Between MRS and PM/CS (ERP).
