Diagnosis
You want to move a time specification to beyond the planning horizon. A parallel stretched assignment would have to be adjusted to it, but this is not possible beyond the horizon.
System Response
The stretched assignment was not adjusted. The time specification was moved.
Procedure
If you want to adjust the parallel stretched assignment, extend the planning horizon and check the assignment there.
