Diagnosis
The planning-relevant time allocation type cannot be mapped uniquely to a combination of infotype and subtype.

Procedure
Check your settings in the IMG activity Configure Settings for HR Integration (Customizing table /MRSS/C_HCMPTLRP). Make sure that no planning-relevant time allocation type is mapped to more than one combination of infotype and subtype.
