Diagnosis
Errors appeared during activation of range table type.
System Response
ROLLBACK is executed on newly created range table type.
ILIMEB/...BIZ has already been enhanced with a new field name.
Procedure
Delete the field and try to execute the generation again.

If your attempts are still unsuccessful, inform the system administrator.
