Table type & could not be created

Diagnosis
Error when generating range table type for the new FIELDNAME.
System Response
The /LIMEB/..._BIZ structure was already extended with the field. The
/LIMEB/QUERY_..._RANGE structure is not changed.
Procedure
1. Check whether a table type with the same name already exists.
2. Try to delete the field and then generate another.
Procedure for System Administration
If the problem still exists, inform SAP.
