Diagnosis
The current user is not subscribed to the event described in this message for the specified item in SAP Netweaver Gateway.
System Response
Procedure
Check whether the specified event is maintained in the SAP Netweaver Gateway system.
Procedure for System Administration
- In the SAP Netweaver Gateway system, open transaction SIMGH.
- Open the Project Gateway Configuration IMG.
- Select Subscription Settings > Maintain Subscription Settings for GSDO.
- Assign the relevant Backend event to one of the following GSDO types: IWF_ACTIVITY_TASK_GW or IWF_USER_DECISION_TASK_GW according to the task type (User Decision or Other).
