Workflow and Workflow step for work item ID '&1' are not customized

Diagnosis
The event ID for the specified work item is not customized in SAP Netweaver Gateway.
System Response
Procedure
Add the event ID corresponding to the specified work item to the assigned event ID of the subscription.
For more information, follow the steps described in the Preparing Subscription to the Workflow Services section of the Help Portal documentation.
Procedure for System Administration
- In the SAP Netweaver Gateway system, open transaction SPRO.
- Choose SAP Referance IMG.
- Select SAP NetWeaver > Gateway > Configuration > Subscription Settings.
- Open the Maintain Subscription Settings for GSDO activity.
- Assign the relevant SAP system event ID to one of the following GSDO types: IWF_ACTIVITY_TASK_GW or IWF_USER_DECISION_TASK_GW according to the task type (User Decision or Other).
Note: The SAP system event for Business workflow consists of 20 characters which represent the Workflow ID and step ID.
