Diagnosis
No integrated company liable to sales tax exists for the sender of the bill. In spite of this, the bill was transferred with the tax percentage rate of zero.
System Response
Procedure
If no integrated company liable to sales tax exists, make a complaint about the bill.
If this is not the case, in the Service Provider Agreements for Bill Receipt Processing, check whether the indicator for an "Integrated Company Liable to Sales Tax" is selected.
