Storage type &1 cannot be deleted

Diagnosis
You can only delete a storage type when all of its storage bins can be deleted as well. This is not the case here. Storage type has at least one storage bin that
- Manages inventory and/or
- Is blocked by an inwards/outwards goods movement and/or
- Is blocked by a current/planned physical inventory
