Diagnosis

No organizational unit for notification purposes in the case of synchronization errors can be found for a logical system.

Customizing error in table /ISDFPS/SYNC_EOU.

Procedure

Action: Use transaction SM30 to maintain table /ISDFPS/SYNC_EOU. Here you need to define who is to be notified if problems occur in synchronization: an administrator, user, or organizational unit.

If it is an administrator, the first field must contain "US", the second field must contain the administrator's SAP user (account).

If an organizational unit is to be notified, enter "O" in the first field, and the organization ID in the second field (is maintained with PO10, here, an email address must be entered in "SAP-Mail" or "SMTP-Mail").
