Cannot read force element &3 for work center &1/&2

Diagnosis
For work center /, the system could not read force element , which is assigned as an organizational unit in the work center. A possible reason could be that the corresponding force element is not in the decentralized system (in other words, it has not been distributed to the decentralized system).
If the responsible work center has been changed, you have to forward the change authorization explicitly if you want to transfer the notification/order to a different system.
