IDoc cannot change revision &1 in planning plant &2 in the target system

Diagnosis
The maintenance authorization for the revision is in the current system. This is derived from the responsible work center or the reference object for the revision. The revision can therefore be changed in dialog transaction IWR1 only.
For this reason, the IDoc is NOT processed in the target system.
