IDoc cannot change notification & in the target system

Diagnosis
The maintenance authorization for the notification is in the current system. This is derived from the responsible work center or the reference object for the notification. The notification can therefore be changed in dialog transaction IW22 only.
For this reason, the IDoc is NOT processed in the target system.
