The force element data (for example, the level of readiness or the logistics data of the force element in table /ISDFPS/FORCE) is currently being processed in another measure.
System Response
The action is not permitted if the data is being processed in another measure.
Procedure
Make sure that the force element data is not being processed in any measure or that it is being processed in the same measure.
Activate the other measure or reset it. Alternatively, you can carry out the action with this measure.
