Organizational measure contains unassigned change documents

Diagnosis
The organizational measure contains change documents that do not belong to an assigned measure area.
For this reason, the system does not set the organizational measure to Active (or Reset).
System Response
Procedure
For the unassigned change documents, create the relevant measure areas. The relevant change documents are displayed in the change documents view for the organizational measure in the warning column.
You can then either reset these measure areas or request, approve, and activate them in accordance with the status cycle.
