Diagnosis
The database status of purchase requisition (PReq) item in the current logical system does not match the database status of the PReq before the change was sent. This resulted in a change conflict.
System Response
If the recipient is operational on the current logical system, the sent change is accepted. If the sender is active on the current logical system, the sent change is rejected. In each case, an entry is written to the exception list.
Procedure
Use transaction /ISDFPS/MM_CS_EXLST to call up the exception list and check the status of the PReq in the partner system.
