Diagnosis
The "Stock Transfer Between Storage Locations" is not activated. Therefore, initial supply is not possible.
To be able to use the functionality, you must activate "Stock Transfer Between Storage Locations" in Customizing, and make the necessary settings:
You access Customizing via the following path:
Materials Management--> Purchasing-->Purchase Order -->Set up Stock Transport Order -->Set up Stock Transfer Between Storage Locations
