Cannot deselect the 'Infrastructure Material Management' indicator

Diagnosis
The 'Infrastructure Material Management' indicator cannot be deselected for force element . Infrastructure material still exists that belongs to force element but that is currently loaned/issued to a different force element.

You can display loaned infrastructure material using transaction /ISDFPS/INFRAMAT_ALL.
