Either the EPA is not assigned to the relocation/relocation step selected or it does not contain a master schedule item, which, however, is a prerequisite for planning.
System Response
The system does not permit planning with this EPA.
Procedure
Check whether the EPA is assigned to the force element and the relocation for the required period. If this is the case, check whether the EPA contains a master schedule item.
