Diagnosis
A profit center group (hierarchy area) was planned for the current force element based on the Customizing settings (country, organizational area, structure level). No profit center group assignment exists for the requested period.
System Response
Procedure
If the Workbench account assignment workflow was activated in Customizing, you can start this now.
The person responsible in managerial accounting receives a workflow that enables automatic hierarchy object generation. Generation takes place after an approval step.
If this was carried out successfully, you receive a success message in your workflow inbox. From there, you can go directly to the relevant force element, and change the status if necessary.
Alternatively:
You can assign the profit center group manually on the 'Accounting' tab page (Create Hierarchy Node, Assign Hierarchy Node to Force Element).
