Diagnosis
When you delete a contingent, you also have to delete the structure (that is, the operational/exercise relationships) for the contingent (if this exists). However, you can only delete a relationship if it has the "Planned" or "Rejected" status.
At least one of the relationships affected by deleting the contingent already has a status other than "Planned" or "Rejected".
System Response
To avoid inconsistencies, the system does not allow you to delete the contingent.
Procedure
If possible, convert the relationships with a status other than "Planned" or "Rejected" to the "Rejected" status. Then delete the contingent.
